Cap's Cutlery

My journey into knife making began in the summer of 2017.  I was gifted a truly exceptional kitchen knife for my birthday and that ignited a passion in me to produce the best possible knives I could at a reasonable price. 

 

I started making them as gifts for family and friends to see how they worked and held up during daily use.  The first few "knives" I made were definitely on the rough side and more akin to metal knife shaped objects.  I kept studying the craft, asking questions, and honing my skills until I felt confident in my finished product. 

 

It was almost a year before I sold my first knife to a co-worker and from there the orders started coming in.  I always strive to get better but I am proud to put my maker's mark on the knives I sell today.
